In Prontera Castle, talk to Noblesse Trader (prt_cas 165, 260)to exchange Honor Token for Noblesse equipment. She is accessible any time and does not require the Royal Banquet questline.
Each Noblesse equipment/upgrade ticket is:
Character Bound
Weight: 0
Required Level: 100
The next "free" equipment set is at level 125 with Imperial Equipment.
Previous "free" set was at level 12-60 with Eden Equipment.
Tip: Do not throw away Noblesse equips. Instead, use the upgrade ticket to make it +9
Noblesse Trader sells equips only specific to your class, which is either Attack, Magic, or both types. Below is a table of which class can buy which type:

Noblesse Upgrade Ticket is a ticket used to upgrade Noblesse equipment. Add the following equipment to receive +9 Noblesse equipment: Noblesse Armor, Manteau, or Boots.
