EPISODE 16.1 - Royal Banquet

Another name for the Episode 16.1 updates.
This focuses on who will be crowned the new king among the 7 royal families. Three new instances (two of which are repeatable), and two new dungeons were added as part of this update. The city of Prontera, and the castle also got a huge graphical overhaul. Noblesse Equipment is also introduced and the selling NPC can be accessed at any time.

This quest continues to add to the corruption conspiracy information you obtained from the Curse of Geoborg quest.
You will need to have access to New World before Royal Errand Boy will respond.
Talk to any Royal Errand Boy that can be found in major city.
Prontera(prontera 121, 72), Geffen(geffen 123, 68), Payon(payon 168, 65), Morroc(morocc 152, 97), Alberta(alberta 119, 59), Juno(yuno 162, 132), and more.
Help him, and he will invite you to the Royal Banquet in Prontera Castle.
He will give you a Banquet Invitation.
Talk with Servant Bell(prt_cas 217, 150)at the entrance of Prontera Castle.
Walk to the west wing and into your private room(prt_cas_q 130, 8). Talk to Servant Bell and find out that a ritual needs to take place to replace the sudden death of the previous king.
The following can be done in any order, but is easiest if you do it in the order of this guide (saves on walking): At any time if you do not know which families still need to be talked to, talk to Servant Bell and he will tell you who's missing.
(1). Heines Family: Walk to the room just north(prt_cas_q 130, 32)of your private room and approach the table. Wait for the conversation to end.
Talk to Kronecker G. Heine and find out Peter will be the Heine candidate which makes Nyhill jealous.
Leave the room and walk a bit north. Nyhill and Skia will start a conversation about being the shadow of Peter and the Heine family.
(2). Nerius Family: Travel north to the next room(prt_cas_q 130, 56)in the west corridor and talk to Spica Nerius.
Led by women, the Nerius family is not interested in the throne. Erich is the candidate and is hanging out in the banquet hall.
(3). Walther Family: Walk to the furthest room in the west corridor(prt_cas_q 130, 80)and talk to Ian Walther.
A. Talk to Ian Walther again and a "Mysterious Person" from the Richards appears and starts a dialog box. He's nervous that someone will find out they're going to kill Ernst, Geoborg candidate.
B. Talk to Isenhonor Walther and he'll tell you about the Guardian Knights. He'll tell you his manor is in Alberta.
Walther Sidequest is available now.
They don't participate in the Royal Assembly because of "unfortunate incident" that Isenarm was killed by the Geoborg (GMs check spelling?) heir.
(4). Wigner Family: Walk back to the red carpet(prt_cas 215, 163)at the entrance and go east instead this time.
A. Go past the horde of NPCs outside the room(prt_cas_q 153, 119)and talk to Levuiere Wigner.
B. Talk to Jurgen Wigner(prt_cas_q 95, 10)in the back of the room and he'll introduce you to his siblings.

The Wigner family apparently founded the kingdom of Rune Midgard, and Jurgen is very fashion-conscious. The parents prefer Katrin if she wasn't a girl, and Isaac is the most "Wigner-like."
(5). Richard Family: Travel to the second room (prt_cas_q 153, 143) .
A. Speak with Butler for the Richards.
B. Talk with Po Richard(prt_cas 92, 74)and you can choose whether or not you've heard of the Richard warrior.
C. Talk to Po Richard again and choose [I'll Try] if you want to unlock Warrior Discipline daily quest.
As the military leaders, the Richards have been training to take down Satan Morroc.
(6). Geoborg Family: Walk north to the middle room(prt_cas_q 153, 167)in the east corridor and you'll be stopped by the two bodyguards and the Queen will let you pass.
A. Talk to Queen Catherine D. Geoborg.
Geoborg Sidequest is available now.
Descendants of Tristan I, Ernst now is the candidate for the ritual.
(7). Roegenburg Family: Travel to the last room in the east corridor (prt_cas_q 153, 191) .
A. Talk to Maximilian Roegenburg.
Speak to Wolf Roegenburg(prt_cas_q 96, 186)and you will be introduced to Agnes and Myer. Myer and Wolf argue.
Roegenburg Sidequest is available now.
Helmut is the candidate. There was blue text in the Myer/Wolf argument that may be important.
Return to your private room(prt_cas 132, 8)in the far west side and speak with Servant Bell(prt_cas_q 26, 30)to receive 10 Honor Token and 300,000 Base EXP and 300,000 Job EXP.
Proceed to the Banquet Hall at the end of the red carpet(prt_cas 216, 183). Outside of Nyhill's room you'll overhear a conversation between Chamberlain and a Mysterious Guest.
Once in the Banquet Hall, walk to the foot of the stairs on the right and speak with Skia Nerius or Spica Nerius(prt_cas 104, 240).
Complicated royal things are discussed as Violeta appears.
Nyhill becomes mysteriously drunk off of very light champagne and returns to his room. Follow him
Outside Nyhill's room(prt_cas 182, 161), the previous Mysterious Guest pop up and start a dialog.
You hear that they drugged Nyhill, and then Skia Nerius appears and then enter the room.
Go inside Nyhill's room and walk around the entrance until Skia and Nyhill appear. Talk to them(prt_cas 27, 38)to listen to their conversation.
Return to your private room(prt_cas 152, 163)and talk with Servant Bell(prt_cas_q 26, 30).
The Court Mage Nillem will appear, and he will transport you to the Royal Memory map.
After you arrive, go to north of the room and talk to Mage Nillem(prt_lib 90, 84).
Create a party of only yourself, then talk to Mage Nillem again to create the instance.
Then talk to Room of Consciousness teleporter to enter.
Note: This is a solo only instance.
Talk to Skia or Nyhill at the spawn point and they tell you to sit next to Po Richard and behind Ernst Geoborg.
Walk to the empty spot at (106/77) to initiate the ceremony.
An intruder comes in, attacks Peter, and demands the Ymir's Heart. Then spawns 3 (verify) very weak monsters (any class can kill by melee).
Nyhill (on the left) will heal you for 9999 and give you Kyrie Eleison if you [walk near him]
Once all are defeated, talk to Kronecker Heine at the altar. He'll send all the families away (if you hadn't already talked to them). Then head south to exit the instance.

Once outside the instance, talk to Ian Walther. They suspect that you are involved. Tera Gloria and the Star of Blessing was stolen.
Nyhill eventually confesses to telling someone about the ritual while he was drunk earlier.
Wait until they disappear, then talk to Mage Nillem.
Talk to Lindt the Librarian(prt_lib 76, 80)and see that there are magical blank pages in the book.
Talk to Mage Nillem again as he discovers some magic like the Dimensional Crack.
You're told to talk to Guardian Knight(prt_lib 56, 61)to leave by Nillem.
After being transported to the prison, talk with Overwatcher Terketh to be let out.
Return to your private room(prt_cas 152, 163)and talk to Servant Bell(prt_cas_q 26, 30)to find a message for you. As well (?) as the Nerius family wanting you to visit.
Go north to the third room in the west corridor(prt_cas_q 132, 56)and talk to Spica Nerius (who is actually Skia in disguise).
You can only talk to her when she is the only NPC in the room.
If the other two are in there, you'll have to wait/make them disappear.
Enter the room immediately south (the Heine's)(prt_cas_q 130, 32)and talk to Kronecker G. Heine.
He will give you 20 Honor Token and 400,000 Base EXP and 400,000 Job EXP as he tells you to work with Mage Nillem.

Go to Royal Memory, by either:
Talk to Chamberlain Bell(prt_cas_q 26, 30)and choose Call Nillem. Talk to Court Mage Nillem(prt_cas_q 28, 28)and choose Move to the Past Memories of the Royal Family, or
Talk to Overwatcher Terketh(prt_pri00 55, 128)and choose To the Past Memories of the Royal Family.
Once inside the Royal Memory, talk to Mage Nillem(prt_lib 91, 85)again and a Dimensional Warper appears.
Use the Dimension Warper to be taken back to the Old Memoir of Royal Family.
Talk to Nillem(prt_lib_q 91, 85)to reserve the instance, then the Swaying Space to start the instance.
Talk to Fenrir (1@mir 103,40) at the entrance.
Walk up to the altar and talk to Iris (1@mir 100,94). They find a Ymir Heart piece, as a small number of mildly weak skeletons appear (12k HP or so). There are two waves of Enhanced Skeletons.
Once the waves of monsters are done, speak with Iris (1@mir 103,85).
It will spawn a Renovated Amdarais.
Talk to Iris once it's defeated, and then Bijou will attack you herself. She'll attack you with a very weak version of herself. Then she will attack again with her normal boss self. Note: You can lure the monsters to Iris and Fenrir, and they will do a small portion of damage (1.5M - 2M) to the bosses. Lex Aeterna does not affect this damage
After defeating Bijou, talk to Iris (1@mir 100,95) to exit the instance.
Note: Player needs any pet, such as Poring, following them to make this as easiest as possible. (Homunculus for Geneticist also works)
During the fights with Renovated Amdarais and Bijou, after hitting the monsters at least once, NPCs Iris and Fenrir may sometimes spawn in the center.
The player may lure Amdarais or Bijou far away to edge of the instance.
Player, with a pet, then walks near Iris and Fenrir who may deal a map wide 1,500,000 - 2,000,000 damage attack (not affected by Lex Aeterna).
There is chance to fail dealing damage.
Then the player waits for NPCs Iris and Fenrir to spawn again, walk near them with your pet again to trigger the map wide attack.
Keep repeating the above steps until an announcement says monster is out of HP.
Renovated Amdarais has no announcement, so hit it every once in a while.
Attack the monster that has only 10 HP left to kill it.
Renovated Amdarais can be one shot to death using Yggdrasil Leaf (Not Confirmed)
Outside the instance, talk to Nilem, then leave the Old Memoir of Royal Family room by exiting down the hall to the west. You will be warped to Destroyed Prontera. In the destroyed Prontera, there is a Fortress Entry Warp Portal in front of the old Swordsman Guild in the bottom right of the map. Level 145 or higher is required to enter this portal, and it leads you to the Sky Fortress instance.
If you kill monsters and pick up a worn belt, it can be given to the Cathedral Knight standing at the front entrance of the Prontera Church. In return for each worn belt, he will cast a 9999 heal.
Talk to Nilem(prt_q 157, 334)and eventually choose Let's get out of here!.
Now walk up the red carpet until Kronecker G. Heine appears(prt_lib 87, 81).
Talk to the Kronecker G. Heine to receive 30 Honor Token and 800,000 Base EXP and 800,000 Job EXP.
Access to Room of Consciousness repeatable quest
Go to Nerius's room and talk to Spica Nerius to find out that Skia went to visit Nyhill in his room during his probation. (Not sure if important dialog yet)

Talk to the blonde Bodyguard Jared(prt_cas_q 85, 127)at the Geoborg residence (right side, 3rd room up).
Speak to Scarlet Jaha(prt_cas 73, 244)near a flower setting at the left side of the banquet hall, at the bottom of the stairs.
Then talk to Lidion Geoborg(prt_cas 82, 240)at the foot of the stairs to find out how little he actually knows about the family and Prince Ernst stepping down.
Speak to Scarlet Jaha again and she wants you to find Prince Ernst.
Walk on the following spots (must be in order):
A. One cell north of Vicente(prt_cas 77, 258). Rumor is they found Tristan III's bones.
B. Between Lin and Ekinasia and tea-drinking Banquet Hall Guest(prt_cas 87, 235). They whisper about the prince being poisoned
C. One cell south and between Spica Nerius and Crux Findel(prt_cas 109, 240)
D. One cell south, then east of Sophia at the Isaac Wigner huddle(prt_cas 108, 221). They say he's been hanging out with a punk for too long.
E. Near Catherine Wigner on the red carpet(prt_cas 90, 221)Talk of the Queen running the show, but being a no-show.
F. Close to the Amatsu guests in the south-west corner of the hall(prt_cas 78, 220)
G. Three cells east, and two south of the tea-drinking, green jacket Banquet Hall Guest at the edge of the carpet(prt_cas 90, 229)The Geoborg family being cursed is gossiped about.
Return to Scarlet Jaha again and she's not surprised Ernst went into hiding from the whispers. She rewards you with 10 Honor Token 700,000 Base EXP & 700,000 Job EXP.

Go to southwest Alberta, next to the Merchant Guild. Speak to Butler for the Walthers(alberta 48, 30)and tells you the knight is near the docks.
Visit the ship (that takes you to Izlude, Sunken Ship, or Byalan Island) and talk to Guardian Knight(alberta 187, 147)there. he asks you to visit bigfoot on prison.
Visit the Royal Prontera Prison via the Banquet Hall room. Bigfoot(prt_pri00 55, 119)is in the second jail cell.
He asks you to give 1 Green Salad and 3 Spicy Fried Bao which can be obtained in Sarah's Memory instance or through Cooking.
And no, the ones you get from Daily Login do not count. Again get it through Sarah's Memory or cook it yourself.
Return to Bigfoot with the food, and he will tell you about a Walther family member he spotted in Veins as well as his skills he's developed from pickpocketing.
Return to the Walthers' room(prt_cas_q 132, 79).
Deliver the letter to Isenhonor Walther(prt_cas_q 14, 183)to receive 10 Honor Token, 1,000,000 Base EXP & 500,000 Job EXP.

Speak to Isaac Wigner(prt_cas_q 93, 7)who tells you that Wolf must really trust you and gives you Sample of New Business Item to give to Wolf. Then Isaac mentions a rumor around Prontera about ____.
Return to Roegenburgs' room(prt_cas_q 151, 191).
Give Wolf Roegenburg(prt_cas_q 96, 186)the business item, and he tells you that the box is password protected. The password is 1618
Once you unlock the box, you pass along the message about the rumors going around Prontera. You're asked to investigate more by asking young children in Prontera.
Talk to the 3 Kiddos(prontera 267, 69)in South-East of Prontera.
They want compensation for telling you the story:
Hunt 33 Majoruros, 12 Soft Silk, and to borrow a book from the royal library.
Travel to the castle's library by walking through the portal in the southeast corner of the Banquet Hall(prt_cas 127, 217)and speak with Uptight Librarian(prt_cas 343, 66)by the stairs.
She asks for your library card, but since you are the Adventurer, she will give you the book. She asks questions about the banquet:
What kind of banquet? - In memory of defeating Morocc
How many Royal Families attended? - 7 Royal Families
Who did not attend the Royal Assembly? - Geoborg and Walther
Which family is cursed? - Geoborg
She will give you Rune-Midgartz History Book. (Cmon WarpPortal, can we keep our spelling consistent?)
Return to the Kiddos(prontera 267, 69)in southeast Prontera. The rumor is below. The Roegenburg family had a mysterious death/murdering of four children.If Helmut Roegenburg becomes a king, a war will break out.Helmut will invade the country where his parents were killed and try to unify the continent.The second son is doing business to fund the war.
Return to the Castle's Roegenburgs' room(prt_cas_q 151, 191)and speak to Wolf Roegenburg(prt_cas_q 96, 186). You tell the family a softer version of the story.
Myer Roegenburg admits to having spread the rumor himself, due to everyone having different agendas and viewpoints.
It seems the rumor is mostly true.
The family argues amongst themselves, and Wolf Roegenburg then gives you Top Secret Document to give to Isaac Wigner.
In the Wigners' room(prt_cas_q 151, 119), Isaac Wigner(prt_cas_q 94, 7)reads the document aloud; Wolf is going to shift his business away from war. Isaac respects his decision.
Return to Wolf Roegenburg and he decides to pursue his business. Maximilian will then tell you the true storyThe parents of the four children gave birth to Agnes and went to a neighboring country.Monsters attacked them, and they were blocked from bringing soldiers across country lines.
At the end of the story, Maximilian Roegenburg(prt_cas_q 90, 187)wants you to bring back Helmut who is near the border with Schwaltzvalt.
He gives you Prontera Badge which will instantly transport you to Prontera.
Find Helmut Roegenburg(yuno_fild01 242, 175)and his soldiers one map north of Al De Baran by the water.
He has given up the unification war and instead of working on defending the people.
Helmut asks you to tell Wolf Roegenburg that he will transfer his heirship to him.
Return to Maximilian Roegenburg and relay Helmut's message. Wolf then wants you to deliver a message to Myer.
Ask the Kiddos in Prontera where you can find Myer. He appears and you tell him the message.
Tell Maximilian Roegenburg that Myer will visit after the banquet. Wolf will reward you with 10 Honor Token

Talk to Levuiere Wigner to have a tea and learn about their relationship with their children.
Talk to Katrin Wigner(prt_cas_q 97, 7)and she says she lost something like a jewelry box. They believe it might have been taken by the maid.
Travel out of the room, west to the red carpet, north through the portal, and then north-west of the banquet hall, west of the stairs to reach the kitchen.
Talk to Maid(prt_cas 322, 216)is in the back of the room.
She starts to become very defensive.
If you help her clean the kitchen, she may remember if someone else was in the room.
She gives you 3 Poring Loofah.
Clean the mold on walls, then the grease, and finally the floor.
Walk up to the top-right corner of the room and the sponge will come alive! Or click the Dark and Damp Wall(prt_cas 336, 212)which is to the right on the basket of bread.
It says you also need 1 Holy Water and 1 Mould Powder (Incorrectly spelled. Thanks GMs.)
After cleaning the mold, walk down to the cooking pots(prt_cas 336, 197)and the second sponge will come alive.
Bring 1 Orange and 1 Alcohol to the Sticky Wall on the top cooking pot.
It may take a few times to scrub it off, but it won't require additional ingredients.
Walk in front of the big fireplace(prt_cas 309, 214)to the left of the Maid.
The last sponge requires 1 Lemon and 1 Fine Sand.
Click on Pitch-black Floor on the left corner of the fireplace, underneath the barrel.
You will likely offend the sponge in your cleaning technique, but keep trying until it's clean.
Return to the Maid(prt_cas 322, 216)and she'll alludes to the furniture delivery person being the one who took the jewelry box.
Find Furniture Deliveryman(prontera 68, 68)in the southwest corner of Prontera.
He becomes worried then defensive that you're suspecting him.
After a long hard day moving furniture, he's become hungry and wants 3 Beef Head.
After you bring him the items, he will mention that the Guard Gate checked him when he left the castle.
Return to Jurgen Wigner(prt_cas_q 95, 9)in the castle and tell him the way people have perceived Katrin.
She flips out at Jurgen for, essentially, his looks.
We find out Isaac actually took the box.
Katrin storms off and Isaac and Jurgen decide that she would like 1 Witherless Rose and 10 Sea Stone.
Sea Stones from Medusa will automatically appear in your inventory by chance when you defeat one.
After collecting the items bringing them back to Jurgand Wigner and Isaac Wigner; they give it to their sister.
You'll be rewarded with 10 Honor Token and knowing you brought three siblings closer together.

Talk to Royal Chef(prt_cas 213, 176)at the entrance of main banquet hall. He mistakes you for a helper and asks you to go to the kitchen.
From the Banquet Hall, enter the Kitchen(prt_cas 41, 272).
Speak with the Royal Head Chef(prt_cas 308, 200)back in the kitchen. She will ask to get sauce from Royal Sauce Master in the same room.
Royal Sauce Master(prt_cas 318, 211)ask that you help him make the sauce with 4 ingredients.
Note: You must speak with him after grabbing each ingredient to get the next one:
Fresh/Refreshing Flavor - Muka Juice(prt_cas 303, 214)(north-west corner)
Chewy Texture - Poring Jelly(prt_cas 306, 195)(near the Royal Head Chef)

Keep gathering ingredients until the sauce is complete with Royal Sauce Master.
Once complete, take the sauce to Royal Head Chef(prt_cas 308, 200)and prepare the Griffon Barbecue.
To prepare the Griffon Barbecue walk to the empty spot(prt_cas 314, 199)between the Chefs
After finishing the Griffon Barbecue, you are to serve it in the dining room.
Head to dining room(prt_cas 57, 217)and look for a Grilled Griffon(prt_cas 361, 124)on the bottom-left corner table.
After putting the dish down, speak with Tamarin(prt_cas 361, 142)two tables above.
He asks for you to look for his friend Dyu.
Speak to Dyu Rianne(prt_cas 110, 235)at the right side of the banquet hall.
Then speak with Magi Steen beside him.
You're told to talk to Mark Ishar(prt_cas 82, 267)upstairs in the hall on the left side.
Talk to Alice Ishar next to him.
Return to the dining room(prt_cas 57, 217)and speak to Tamarin(prt_cas 361, 142)ask you to help gather 15 High-Class Dishes.
To get them hit those Plate which has a 25% drop rate. The will be added to your inventory automatically on chance.
After collecting the dishes, go to the kitchen(prt_cas 41, 272)and speak to Dishwasher(prt_cas 302, 204), he is grateful to you and tell you should speak with the Royal Head Chef.
Royal Head Chef will apologize for mistaken you for someone else and gives you 10 Honor Tokens.

Talk to him until you can access prontera prison.
